We recommend spot cleaning your Destiny Bags with a damp cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or submerging them in water to maintain their quality and durability.

Our products first go through a double stringent Quality Check and then are packed with love in a cardboard box along with a Destiny dust bag that should be your bag's best friend.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at Destinybags.care@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send back your item.

Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery. Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them. Sale items are not eligible for return.
