Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Destiny Bags. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, our Returns & Refunds policy is here to help without any questions asked.The to and fro courier cost will be borne by you if you wish to return the product. In case of refunds we shall refund the total amount paid for the products and not shipping if any.

  • Return Eligibility: Items must be returned within 15 days of delivery. Since our products are handmade, and require certain care, if you have used the product which has stains or beyond repair we will not be able to accept your return or exchange request. Sale items are not eligible for return/exchange
  • Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at destinybags.care@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send back your item.
  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 days and credited to your original method of payment. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Exchanges: If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us to arrange the exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
